Before the term omni-channel has arose, software designer has never thought or predicted this scenario, a software has not been coded in the way that link to many communication channels, most are select one of the ways to talk to customer. Our client faces the same issue and we are doing a big project to review all input/output that make it smooth and link.



“Mobile applications growing so fast and many software companies build applications with hope to connect to customers and gains lead. A communication platform are also many e.g., facebook, Line, Line@, online chat and most has own database system. Do we select one and hope one we chose last longer or have to work with all of them.”
